You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it in following conditions
Purchased product is not in compliance with the product description and specifications displayed online and/or stipulated in purchase contract
Seller fails to provide valid documentation for the change of ownership
Seller commits any other material breach of the purchase contract.
We perform following steps once we have received your claim; online, by email or physically delivered.
We will perform a careful quality check
If the claim is valid we will refund you according to your requested refund method.
The process may take up to 7 days from when your return request was submitted
If the claim is invalid the item will be sent back to you at your own cost
